Attorney David M. Lunny, graduated from law school in 1995 achieving the highest Graduation Examination Score of his entire 1995 class. He has been practicing law for 27 years (financial planning for 15 years), while representing clients in all phases of litigation, mediation, divorce/paternity, real estate acquisitions, conveyancing, landlord/tenant disputes, business formations/acquisitions and financial, tax, estate planning and probating of estates.

 

He is licensed to practice in all Massachusetts and New Hampshire State Courts, Federal Courts, Bankruptcy Courts, is a licensed Divorce Mediator, holds a Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies in Child and Family Forensics from Massachusetts School of Psychology and licensed as Registered Investment Advisor for over ten (10) years.
